Have you ever heard of the phrase, “emotional vs intelligent”? These days when you go for a job interview, the job your applying for is increasingly looking for a high eq. This is simply explained by the fear of workers unable to adapt to a heavy workload, or stressful work environment. Silly in a way one could say, but in research, it has been proven that it is more important to have a worker with a high eq than it is to find the highest iq. But what if one could posses both qualities, would that not be unbelievable?
