Internet Service Providers in the Wireless Age

Internet service providers, also known as ISPs, are companies that provide Internet access and other related services such as voice mail or virtual hosting to customers in their designated area. Companies such as Clearwire provide high speed wireless Internet access, which is the preferred type of access, with download speeds of up to 2 Mb and upload speeds of up to 256k. The first Internet service providers only offered dial up access, but today’s connections are often 25 times faster than dial-up.

Since spam has first entered our email accounts the large corporations and email service providers have not yet found a successful way of defeating spam in such a way that we would be completely protected from it. Although we have stood witness to the creation and appearance of numerous anti spam techniques and options, not one of these has been able to successfully create a sustainable defense against email spam. For those unaware of what email spam actually is, you should know that there are no malicious intentions behind the deployment of email spam campaigns.
