The economy is in a downward trend. The housing boom that gave rise to about a thousand buy-and-flip-this-real-estate television shows and created little mini-investors all over the country has become more of a whisper than a boom. You know that when even that gorgeous house that underwent an extreme home makeover hits foreclosure, the market is crazy, right? Actually, that is not really true, as when the real estate industry suffers, it is often the higher-end homes and the lower-end homes that take the biggest financial hit.

Crime is becoming rampant due to drug usage. Drug usage is becoming rampant due to those wanting to escape from responsibility. Escape from responsibility is becoming rampant because of the tyranny of the law and legal system in our country. The legal system and the laws and lawyers are becoming more active and domineering because of crime. It is a self-feeding system and as all self-feeding systems it needs to have a brake put on it at some point.

Michigan University Receive A Grant To Develop A Flex-Fuel Hybrid Vehicle

A team of researchers from the Michigan Technology Researchers was awarded a $1.5 million grant for developing flex-fuel hybrid vehicles. The lead investigator of the team is Jeff Naber, an associate professor of mechanical engineering and the director of the university's Advanced Power Systems Research Center. The funding for the grant was provided by the university, General Motors, Sensors Inc. of Saline, and the Transportation Technology R&D Center of the Argonne National Laboratory.
